How it works
Let me help you buy back some time, and allow me to do your ironing weekly, so you can do more the things you love.
Collections are available on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, with a 48 hour turn around for both one off or weekly service.
One time only iron is just £5.75 per KG and for weekly or fortnight iron I offer a discounted price of £5.00 per KG. Min collection 4kg.

What does it cost?
I charge by the weight. One kilogrames is approximately 4 to 6 shirts.
There is a minium charge of 4Kg, standard price £5.75kg , weekly/fortnight collection £5.00 kg
Do you have insurance?
Yes, I have insurance in the event of loss or damage.
Do I need to be in when you collect?
No. I can collect from a porch, garage, shed, outhouse etc. Just let me know prior to collecting where your ironing will be .
Whats included in the cost?
Free collection & delivery. I can collect from your home or workplace. All I ask is that you have a Min weight of 4kg of ironing ready for collection.
What is the turn around?
My turnaround is up to 48 hours.
How should I pack my ironing?
Any bag will be fine, like laundry bags, ikea bags etc, or storage box with lid, as long as its strong enough for your laundry and will keep it dry and clean.
How do I pay
Once ironing completed I will send you an invoice which you can pay online , or I can accept cash on delivery.
I'm going on holiday, can I cancel my regular collection until I return?
Yes. Just let me know before the collection day, and when you will be back.
How is my ironed cared for?
From the moment I collect your ironing to the time its ready for return, your ironing is kept safe, in a clean smoke-free environment and is clearly labelled, so I can identify who it belongs to.
Do I need to book a weekly collection?
No. You can use the service as and when you like. If you do set up a weekly or fortnight collection you will benefit from the discounted price of £5.00kg, instead of my standard charge of £5.75kg
Do you provide hangers?
No. If you would like your clothes hanged please provide your own hangers. Any items on hangers will be wrapped to protect them when I deliver them back to you.
I can't weigh my laundry. How will I know how much my invoice will be?
I understand how important managing a budget is. If you are unable to weigh your laundry before I collect, you can set up a maxium limit your prepared to pay. If your laundry goes over this I will simple return any laundry over budget unironed. Please remember min charge is 4kg.
